How we hire
Bring the evidence.
Same steps for every candidate. We verify what you claim. Nobody gets in on charm, and nobody gets screened out by a keyword robot.

- Work sampleA short task from the job, capped at 4 hours, and paid.
- InterviewThe same questions for every finalist, on a written scorecard.
- VerificationIdentity, work authorization, education, licenses and 3 references, checked at the source.
- ScreeningBackground and exclusion list checks where the role calls for them, with your written consent.
- OfferPay and terms in writing. Confidentiality and IP signed before system access.
We never ask for a Social Security number, bank details or any payment during hiring. Every hiring message comes from an @instinct360.org address, the engine company that runs ZEROFIELD hiring.

The fine print
No surprises. In writing.
ZEROFIELD Holdings LLC. Medical roles are employed through the facility's licensed medical practice.
"Starting at" is the lowest base pay in the Florida market. Final pay depends on experience and is set in your offer.
Some roles start as a paid contract and turn full-time once proven. Nobody works here unpaid. Ever.
On site in the Sarasota, Bradenton and Tampa area. You must be eligible to work in the U.S.
