This page covers zerofieldclub.com, run by ZEROFIELD Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company. It explains what happens to the details you send us through this site.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms. The early access form takes your email address and the kind of interest you pick. The careers list takes your name, email, the role you want and an optional profile link. A job application takes what you enter: contact details, city and state, resume, profile link, your answers and your confirmations. We don't use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party pixels on this site.

Why we collect it

To send you ZEROFIELD news, early access and founding terms, and to reply if you told us you're a partner, investor or job candidate. ZEROFIELD runs on the INSTINCT360 engine, so we may also send INSTINCT360 updates that relate to the facility.

Who handles it

Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to our inbox. We don't sell, rent or trade your email, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers needed to run this form and our email.

Your choices

Waitlist, referrals and the read

When you join the waitlist we store your email, the interest you picked, your place in line, your personal referral code and who referred you, in a database run for us by Supabase. Your referral link shows others only your code, never your email. The "outside force" read runs entirely in your browser: your answers never leave your device. If you join after taking it, only the final score is saved with your signup.

Job applications

We use applications only to consider you for roles at ZEROFIELD and INSTINCT360, the engine company that runs ZEROFIELD hiring. A person reads every one. We keep applications for up to 2 years so we can contact you about future roles, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner at legal@instinct360.org. The role list on the careers page loads from instinct360.org, so that site receives the standard request details any web page does, such as your IP address.

Health data

This site doesn't collect health information. When ZEROFIELD opens, member services that involve health data will have their own terms and consent, separate from this page.
